Among the dominant pro-inflammatory cytokines, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) remains a long-validated target in autoimmune research. This research-grade reagent is a non-therapeutic analog of placulumab, a TNF-binding domain-antibody-Fc fusion expressed in CHO cells against human TNF. For research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories.
