EGFR is a receptor tyrosine kinase that promotes proliferation and survival across numerous epithelial cancers. This unconjugated human IgG1 kappa antibody is a non-therapeutic analog of pimurutamab, produced in CHO cells against human EGFR. Supplied for research use only, it is purified to a low-endotoxin grade suitable for in vivo studies and offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk, high-throughput laboratories. It supports receptor-signaling and blockade assays, functional readouts, in vitro screening, in vivo tumor models, and antibody-drug conjugate development.
