Antibodies to the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein remain essential reagents for antiviral and neutralization research. This recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of plutavimab, expressed in CHO cells against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2. For research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. It is well suited to neutralization screening, functional assays, epitope characterization, and preclinical coronavirus models. Reliable batch-to-batch consistency suits laboratories running extended experimental campaigns.
