CSF2 (GM-CSF) is a myeloid-activating cytokine implicated in chronic inflammation and autoimmunity. Modeled on plonmarlimab, this unconjugated, non-therapeutic human IgG1 kappa antibody is expressed in CHO cells against human CSF2. For research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is well suited to cytokine-neutralization assays, myeloid-cell functional studies, signaling readouts, and preclinical models of inflammatory disease. Consistent lot-to-lot performance makes it dependable for repeated, large-scale experimentation.
