PDCD1 (PD-1) is an inhibitory T-cell checkpoint receptor at the heart of immuno-oncology research. This recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of pidilizumab, expressed in CHO cells against human PDCD1. Released for research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput, heavy-usage laboratories. It is a reliable reagent for checkpoint-blockade functional assays, T-cell activation studies, ADCC investigations, and preclinical tumor-immunity models. Predictable performance across batches helps standardize multi-arm experimental designs.
