Nerve growth factor is a master regulator of nociceptor sensitization and is among the most studied mediators in pain and neurobiology research. Our anti-human NGF recombinant monoclonal antibody (IgG1, kappa) is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of luvagrobart, supplied for research use only (RUO) and never for clinical use. Endotoxin is held to low levels suitable for in vivo applications, and the antibody is produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to keep bulk and high-throughput laboratories continuously supplied. It performs well as a neutralizing control and functional reagent in cytokine-blockade assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical in vivo pain and inflammation models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
