Antibodies directed against the Zaire ebolavirus glycoprotein are vital instruments for hemorrhagic-fever and antiviral countermeasure research. This human IgG1 (kappa) recombinant antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of maftivimab that binds the Zaire Ebola virus antigen and is offered strictly for research use only (RUO). It is formulated to a low-endotoxin specification compatible with in vivo experimentation and manufactured at scalable milligram-to-gram volumes to serve high-throughput and heavy-consumption laboratories. The reagent is well suited to viral neutralization assays, in vitro antigen-binding characterization, and preclinical in vivo challenge models studying protective immunity.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
