ERBB2 (HER2) is a defining oncogenic driver in several solid tumors and remains a cornerstone target across cancer biology and biologics research. This research-grade anti-human ERBB2 reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lunaxafusp in an scFv (heavy, kappa) format, provided for research use only (RUO). It carries low endotoxin to suit in vivo studies and is produced in scalable milligram-to-gram amounts that meet the demands of bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It can serve as a binding control and functional reagent in in vitro tumor screening, receptor-targeting assays, ADC engineering, and preclinical in vivo oncology models.
