PD-L1 is a pivotal immune checkpoint ligand that dampens T-cell responses and underlies much of contemporary tumor-immunology research. Provided as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of manelimab, this human anti-PD-L1 recombinant monoclonal (IgG1, lambda2) is for research use only (RUO). It is purified to low endotoxin so it can be applied in vivo, and it is generated in scalable milligram through gram batches to satisfy bulk and high-throughput laboratory programs. Investigators may employ it as a benchmark control and functional reagent across checkpoint-blockade assays, in vitro T-cell screening, ADCC evaluation, and preclinical in vivo immuno-oncology models.
