LYPD3 (C4.4A) is a GPI-anchored cell-surface molecule linked to tumor invasion and metastasis, drawing attention in oncology and targeted-delivery research. Engineered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lupartumab, this human anti-LYPD3 recombinant monoclonal (IgG1, lambda2) is intended for research use only (RUO). The preparation is low in endotoxin and therefore appropriate for in vivo work, and it is manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities to support heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. It is useful as a reference control and active reagent for in vitro binding screens, ADC payload-targeting studies, and preclinical in vivo tumor models.
