TNFRSF10A (DR4) is a death receptor that transmits apoptotic signals upon TRAIL engagement, a pathway of enduring interest in cancer cell-death research. This research-grade anti-human TNFRSF10A recombinant monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of mapatumumab supplied for research use only (RUO). The formulation is low in endotoxin to permit in vivo experimentation and is manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities so heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories stay well provisioned.
