Background

As the alpha-L chain of integrin LFA-1, CD11a drives leukocyte adhesion, immune-synapse formation and cell migration. Clone I21/7 is a rat IgG2a monoclonal recognising mouse CD11a, with validation spanning immunoprecipitation, Western blot, blocking, functional assays and flow cytometry. Anti-mouse CD11a I21/7 is provided low in endotoxin and suitable for in vivo experiments, and it is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) batches for heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. This non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent offers dependable reproducibility for investigating adhesion-dependent leukocyte function in mouse models.
