CTLA-4 is a co-inhibitory immune checkpoint that restrains T-cell priming and remains a primary target in cancer immunotherapy research. This recombinant human IgG1 antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of zalifrelimab directed against CTLA-4 and is supplied for research use only (RUO). It is purified to a low-endotoxin standard suitable for in vivo studies and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. Investigators apply it as a checkpoint-blockade control and functional reagent across in vitro T-cell activation assays, ADCC studies, and preclinical tumor immunotherapy models.
