This human IgG4 isotype control in the SPLE configuration (S228P/L235E) combines hinge stabilisation with reduced Fc effector activity, offering a clean subclass-matched negative reference. Lacking any relevant mammalian target, it sets the background and gating thresholds needed to separate true antigen engagement from scaffold-driven signal in flow cytometry and functional assays. The control is supplied with low endotoxin and validated for in vivo use, and it is produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities to support bulk and high-throughput research workflows.
