TGF-beta 1 is a master regulator of immune tolerance, extracellular-matrix deposition, and tumour-microenvironment biology, and a key target in fibrosis and immuno-oncology research. This human IgG4 (S228P) monoclonal antibody recognises and neutralises human TGF-beta 1 for pathway-blockade and detection studies. Anti-TGF-beta is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Offered for research use only as a non-therapeutic reagent, it provides consistent lot-to-lot performance for TGF-beta signalling, fibrosis, and tumour-immunology research.
