CD79b, a signalling subunit of the B-cell receptor complex, is a well-characterized surface target for antibody-directed strategies in B-cell lymphoma research. This research-grade anti-CD79b antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of iladatuzumab vedotin, a research-grade antibody-drug-conjugate (ADC) analog directed at the CD79b antigen, intended exclusively for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to stringent in vivo standards, the ultra-pure, low-endotoxin material is supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to serve high-throughput, heavy-usage laboratories. It supports ADC development workflows, target-binding and internalization studies, in vitro screening, and in vivo lymphoma models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
