anti-CD47 In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (B6H12) is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

Background
CD47 is a widely expressed 'don't eat me' signal that engages SIRPα to inhibit macrophage phagocytosis and modulate innate immune clearance. Clone B6H12, a mouse IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody against human CD47, is validated for flow cytometry, neutralization, functional assays, Western blot, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence and paraffin-section IHC. Low endotoxin B6H12 is manufactured to in vivo standards and offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. As a non-therapeutic reagent for research use only (RUO), it provides reliable performance for macrophage biology and CD47–SIRPα axis research.
