Background
TIGIT is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor on T and NK cells that competes with CD226 for CD155 binding and dampens anti-tumour immunity. Clone 4E1.2 is a mouse IgG3 monoclonal antibody against human TIGIT, validated for in vivo studies. Anti-human TIGIT 4E1.2 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and is manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories.
