Tumor necrosis factor signaling through TNF receptor I drives inflammation across many autoimmune disease models. This research-grade product is a non-therapeutic analog of tanfanercept, a recombinant TNF-receptor fusion protein rather than a conventional antibody, offered strictly for research use only. It is manufactured to in vivo standards in a low-endotoxin format and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. The reagent acts as a soluble decoy in TNF-neutralization functional assays, in vitro cytokine-signaling screens, and in vivo models of inflammatory disease.
