Background
Ly-6C is a surface marker used to distinguish inflammatory ('classical') from patrolling monocytes and to follow myeloid recruitment in inflammation and disease. Clone HK1.4 is a rat IgG2c monoclonal antibody to mouse Ly-6C, validated for immunoprecipitation, Western blot, flow cytometry and frozen IHC. Anti-mouse Ly-6C HK1.4 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent, HK1.4 provides reproducible performance for monocyte and myeloid-cell research in the mouse.
