ALCAM/CD166 is an adhesion antigen frequently overexpressed in tumors and exploited for targeted-payload delivery. This research-grade human IgG1 antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of praluzatamab ravtansine, produced in CHO cells against ALCAM/CD166. For research use only, it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput laboratories. As the naked antibody backbone of a maytansinoid (ravtansine-class) conjugate, it is especially valuable for ADC linker-payload development, internalization studies, functional binding assays, and preclinical tumor-targeting models. Predictable performance across batches helps standardize multi-arm experimental designs.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
