The IL-4 receptor alpha chain (IL4R) coordinates IL-4 and IL-13 signalling and sits at the heart of type 2 immune responses studied in allergy and atopic disease. This anti-human IL4R recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of stapokibart, provided for research use only. Manufactured under stringent in vivo standards with a low-endotoxin formulation, it is supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to serve bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is well suited to receptor-blockade assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo models of allergic and inflammatory disease.
