This human IgG1 isotype control carries the P331S substitution alongside the E430G mutation associated with enhanced Fc oligomerisation, and it recognises hen egg lysozyme rather than any mammalian antigen. As a negative control it provides the background and gating reference required to interpret specific antibody activity in flow cytometry, functional assays, and in vivo models. Matching the framework of engineered test antibodies, it isolates scaffold and Fc effects from true target engagement. The reagent is low in endotoxin and suitable for in vivo use, and it is manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput and bulk laboratories. Research use only.
