CD370 (CLEC9A) in mice is expressed on CD8+ DCs and at low levels by plasmacytoid DCs.

Background:

CLEC9A, also known as DNGR1 is defined as a type II membrane protein with a single extracellular C-type lectin domain¹. CLEC9A is involved with adaptive immune response during infection. Additionally, CLEC9A, is being investigated for potential to enhance immune responses produced by vaccines.
