The integrins ITGAL and ITGB2 together form LFA-1, a leukocyte adhesion molecule essential for immune-cell trafficking and immune-synapse formation. This anti-human ITGAL/ITGB2 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of rovelizumab, intended strictly for research use only. Produced to rigorous in vivo standards with low endotoxin, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to meet the needs of heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. It functions as a consistent control and active reagent in adhesion and migration assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo models of inflammation and immune cell trafficking.
