DKK1 is a secreted antagonist of Wnt/beta-catenin signalling with roles in bone metabolism and tumour biology, making it a target of broad research interest. Supplied as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of sirexatamab, this research-grade anti-human DKK1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is for research use only (RUO). It is produced to in vivo manufacturing standards, formulated for low endotoxin, and offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and bulk laboratories. Typical applications include Wnt-pathway neutralization assays, in vitro screening, and in vivo oncology and bone-disease models requiring reproducible reagents.
