TIGIT is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor on T and NK cells that competes with co-stimulatory pathways and is a prominent target in cancer immunology research. This anti-human TIGIT recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of tamgiblimab, supplied strictly for research use only. Built to demanding in vivo standards and formulated with low endotoxin, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It serves dependably in checkpoint blockade studies, NK- and T-cell functional assays, in vitro screening, and in vivo immuno-oncology disease models.
