LILRB4 is an inhibitory immunoreceptor expressed on monocytic cells and plasmacytoid dendritic cells, increasingly examined as a target in myeloid malignancy and immune-suppression research. Our research-grade anti-human LILRB4 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of rolistobart for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo standards and purified to a low-endotoxin grade, it is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and bulk laboratories. It supports myeloid checkpoint studies, in vitro screening, ADCC investigations, and in vivo immuno-oncology models as a reliable reagent.
