Complement component C5 sits at the convergence point of the terminal complement pathway, controlling C5a generation and membrane attack complex assembly. This anti-human C5 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ravulizumab, intended strictly for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to rigorous in vivo standards and purified to low endotoxin, it is supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. It is well suited to complement inhibition assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo models of complement-mediated disease, offering reproducible, lot-consistent performance.
