PD-L1 is an inhibitory immune checkpoint ligand that engages PD-1 to dampen T-cell activity and is a cornerstone target in cancer immunotherapy research. Clone IB6 is a human IgG1-kappa monoclonal antibody against human PD-L1, suited to checkpoint-blockade and immune-modulation studies. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2,with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.

Stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –20°C or –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
