Background
PD-1 is a central inhibitory checkpoint receptor that limits T-cell activity and underpins much of modern cancer immunotherapy research. Clone J110 is a mouse IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody recognizing human PD-1, validated for flow cytometry and IHC. Anti-human PD-1 clone J110 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities to serve bulk and high-throughput laboratories.
