The IL-5 receptor alpha subunit (IL-5RA) governs eosinophil responsiveness to IL-5 and is a key target in eosinophilic asthma and inflammation research. Our research-grade anti-human IL-5RA recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of benralizumab for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo standards and purified to low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. It is suited to receptor-binding assays, in vitro functional screening, ADCC investigations, and in vivo eosinophilic inflammation models as a reproducible reagent.
