This human IgG4 (S228P) isotype control with a lambda1 light chain provides a matched negative reference for studies that use IgG4-lambda format antibodies. The S228P hinge stabilisation prevents Fab-arm exchange, while the control's lack of relevant binding lets it set the background and gating thresholds that distinguish specific engagement from scaffold signal in functional and cytometric assays. It is formulated low in endotoxin and validated for in vivo administration, and manufactured at scalable milligram to gram quantities to support high-throughput and bulk laboratories. The antibody is non-therapeutic and intended strictly for research use only.
