TNFSF14, also called LIGHT, is a TNF-superfamily cytokine that drives T-cell co-stimulation and inflammatory signalling through HVEM and LTbetaR. Our research-grade anti-human TNFSF14 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of quisovalimab, designed for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo standards and purified to low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. It performs consistently as a control and active reagent across cytokine neutralization assays, in vitro screening, and in vivo inflammation and immunology models.
