In vivo

This low endotoxin antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C for at least four (4) weeks. For long-term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

This antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

MAdCAM-1 is an endothelial adhesion molecule that guides lymphocyte homing to gut-associated mucosal tissues through interaction with integrin alpha4beta7. Clone MECA-89 is a rat IgG2a kappa monoclonal antibody against mouse MAdCAM-1, validated for in vivo studies. Anti-MAdCAM-1 MECA-89 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and is manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a research-use-only, non-therapeutic reagent, it delivers reproducible, lot-consistent performance for mucosal immunology, lymphocyte trafficking, and inflammatory bowel disease model research in mice.
