A kinase-impaired ErbB-family receptor, HER3 (ERBB3) amplifies oncogenic signalling and is a frequent antibody-drug-conjugate target in cancer research. This unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of patritumab deruxtecan is built on the HER3-directed antibody backbone and supplied as a research reagent for research use only (RUO). It is produced to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. The reagent supports functional assays, internalisation and ADC-development studies, defined controls, and in vivo tumour models that depend on reproducible reagent supply.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
