The interleukin-4 receptor (IL4R) is a shared signalling hub for IL-4 and IL-13 and a pivotal node in type 2 inflammation and allergic disease research. This anti-human IL4R recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of rademikibart, provided strictly for research use only. Produced to stringent in vivo standards with a low-endotoxin formulation, it is supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Applications include receptor-blocking assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo models of allergic and inflammatory disease, where reproducibility matters.
