PSMA (FOLH1) is a prostate-cancer-associated cell-surface enzyme widely exploited for targeted delivery strategies because of its high tumour expression and efficient internalisation. This research-grade reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of rosopatamab vedotin built around the PSMA target and supplied for research use only (RUO). It is produced to in vivo specifications with low endotoxin and is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support heavy-usage laboratories. As an ADC-format research tool, it is suited to antibody-drug conjugate development and payload studies, in vitro cytotoxicity and internalisation assays, and in vivo preclinical oncology models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
