PD-1 is a well-characterised inhibitory checkpoint on T cells that limits anti-tumour immunity, making it one of the most actively pursued targets in cancer research. This anti-human PD-1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of pucotenlimab, supplied for research use only. Built to rigorous in vivo standards with a low-endotoxin profile, it is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to meet the throughput of bulk and high-volume laboratories. It is suited to checkpoint blockade studies, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo immuno-oncology models requiring a reproducible reagent.
