Background
PD-1 is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor on activated T cells that limits immune responses and is a central target in tumour immunology. Clone RMP1-14 is a recombinant antibody recognising mouse PD-1, here expressed as a mouse IgG2a isotype and validated for Western blot, blocking, flow cytometry, and functional assays. Anti-PD-1 RMP1-14 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo checkpoint blockade studies and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. With dependable reproducibility, it is provided for research use only as a non-therapeutic reagent.
