BAFF receptor (BAFF-R), encoded by TNFRSF13C, controls B-cell survival and maturation and is a well-characterized target in autoimmunity and B-cell malignancy research. This research-grade anti-BAFF-R recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ianalumab supplied exclusively for research use only (RUO). Made to demanding in vivo standards, the ultra-pure, low-endotoxin material is offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support heavy-usage, high-throughput laboratories. It is appropriate for receptor-blocking and B-cell depletion studies, ADCC and binding assays, in vitro screening, and in vivo autoimmune models.
