The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR/ERBB1) is a central oncogenic receptor tyrosine kinase and an established target for antibody-drug conjugate research. This recombinant anti-human EGFR antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of depatuxizumab-mafodotin, provided for research use only (RUO) and supplied without its cytotoxic payload. Built to in vivo manufacturing standards and purified to low endotoxin, it is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. It is well suited to receptor-binding and internalization assays, in vitro screening, ADC development, and in vivo oncology models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
