CD96 is an immunoglobulin-superfamily receptor on T and NK cells that competes within the TIGIT/CD226 axis to regulate cytotoxic immune responses, a fast-growing area of checkpoint research. This unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of nelistotug is a recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody directed at CD96 and supplied for research use only (RUO). It is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories and purified to low endotoxin for in vivo applications. Researchers apply it as a checkpoint control and reagent in immune functional assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical immuno-oncology models.
