Lymphocyte-activation gene 3 (LAG3) is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor that dampens T-cell responses and has become a leading target in combination immuno-oncology research. We provide an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of negalstobart as a recombinant human IgG4 kappa antibody against LAG3, strictly for research use only (RUO). Formulated to a low-endotoxin standard for in vivo compatibility, it is manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram lots that satisfy bulk and high-throughput laboratory demands. The reagent acts as a checkpoint-blockade control and active tool across in vitro screening, T-cell functional assays, preclinical immuno-oncology models, and biologics characterization.
