Background
TNFR2 is a tumour necrosis factor receptor preferentially expressed on regulatory T cells, endothelial cells, and certain myeloid populations, where it modulates survival and immune regulation. Clone TR75-54.7 is an Armenian hamster IgG monoclonal antibody against mouse TNFR2, validated for immunoprecipitation, Western blot, blocking, flow cytometry, and ELISA. This low-endotoxin formulation of anti-TNFR2 TR75-54.7 is prepared for in vivo studies in mouse models. The antibody is produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to meet the needs of bulk and high-throughput laboratories, and is intended for research use only as a non-therapeutic reagent.
