Background:
Rituximab is a genetically engineered chimeric murine/human monoclonal IgG1 kappa antibody directed against the CD20 antigen. Rituximab has an approximate molecular weight of 145 kD. ichorbio's Rituximab is produced in mammalian cells -Chinese Hamster Ovary.

Formulation:
Sterile, clear, colorless, preservative-free solution containing polysorbate 80, sodium chloride, sodium citrate. The pH is 6.5. BSA and Azide free.

Storage:
Rituximab Biosimilar - Research Grade: N297A is stable for at least four (4) weeks when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
