Influenza A hemagglutinin (HA) is the viral surface glycoprotein responsible for host-cell attachment and membrane fusion, making it a primary antigen for infectious-disease and neutralization research. This reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of navivumab, a recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody recognizing influenza A virus HA and provided for research use only (RUO). It is purified to low endotoxin for suitability in in vivo studies and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. Applications include viral-neutralization assays, HA binding functional assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical infection models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
