TGFB1 in complex with its anchoring protein LRRC32 (GARP) controls latent TGF-beta activation on regulatory T cells, a target across tumour-immunology and fibrosis research. This reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of livmoniplimab directed against the TGFB1-LRRC32 complex, supplied for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin, it is offered in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Use it in functional assays, latent-TGF-beta-activation and Treg-suppression studies, reproducible controls, and in vivo immune models, with the consistency required for extended, heavy-usage research.
