The integrin heterodimer alpha4beta7 (ITGA4/ITGB7) governs lymphocyte homing to gut-associated lymphoid tissue and is a key node in mucosal immunity and inflammatory bowel disease research. This research-grade recombinant human monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of trosunilimab raised against the alpha4beta7 integrin. Strictly for research use only (RUO), it is purified to a low-endotoxin standard appropriate for in vivo studies and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities to keep high-throughput and bulk-usage laboratories supplied. Researchers can apply it as a binding control and functional reagent across in vitro adhesion assays, cell-based screening, and preclinical models of leukocyte trafficking.
