Interleukin-4 receptor (IL4R) is a shared signalling hub for IL-4 and IL-13 that drives type-2 inflammation, a central target across allergy and atopic-disease research. This recombinant anti-human IL4R monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of manfidokimab, supplied for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo standards, carries low endotoxin, and is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Use it in functional assays, receptor-blockade and cytokine-signalling studies, reproducible controls, and in vivo models of type-2 inflammation, with the consistency needed for heavy-usage research.
